Ordered to a delinquent camp by their exasperated parents, a group of
wayward teens fall foul of a deadly virus that infects the guards and
turns them into flesh-eating monsters! Gristle and gore are on the

Review: From first read of a much longer description of this film I got the feeling of that Bad Meat would be something like the cult film "I Drink Your Blood" due to it being about some bad people being poisoned by some tainted food and they catch a virus and become rabid. In a very small way it is, but this film does still stand on it's own quite well. Some of the shining parts of this film is the young cast which is comprised of some pretty good actors and actresses. Also the characters of the evil head of the camp who is obsessed with nazi's and looks alot like Adolf Hitler with his small group of brutally mean staff help to make the film go along smoothly and enjoyable. There is a small hint of black comedy in this film which works well because Bad Meat would be hard to take seriously as a film if it tried to be strictly serious.
Now from what I have gathered there was alot of production problems due to the lack of funds and other things which can happen on the production of an independent film. The only bad thing is that in the end it left me wishing there was more to the film like I did with the sequel to Cabin Fever which had it's own share of problems as well. Even with those feels at the end I still can say that I did find it enjoyable nonetheless. I see alot more positives than negatives in Bad Meat. I must suggest that you either rent it before buying or if you can get it for a good price because I could see anyone who is very cynical just hating it and not finding anything good.
Overall if you are wanting to watch a pretty decent horror flick that you can just turn your brain off and watch then I say check this little slice of gore pie out! I give it 2.5 out of 5 scalpels!
