This album is a straight forward hard rock/ metal release from these irish madmen. It has a very high energy sound to it along with a great sound production. Simular vocal styles to that of James of Metallica. They have a sometimes thrashy style and then they have a melodic style at the same time. At times I think some of these songs are on more of a personal level where the vocalist releases some demons from his past. This is a must for any hard rock fans.
